Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in methods and API keys secure and tell us at [security email] if you suspect misuse.

2. Using the service

You may use InkApex for lawful purposes. You may not try to get around its security, overload it, or use it to produce spam, malware or content that infringes someone else's rights.

3. Your sites and your content

You confirm that you are entitled to add each website you connect. The facts the engine extracts from your pages, the keywords it plans and the articles it writes for you are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service.

4. Articles

Articles are delivered as drafts. You decide what to publish and are responsible for what appears on your sites. We take care to source every statistic, but you should read each draft before publishing it.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Taxes are added where required. When you bring your own model or search provider keys, those providers bill their usage to you directly. You can cancel at any time; your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for.

6. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where the law allows.

7. Liability
