[Company], which provides InkApex, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at [privacy email].

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and sign-in methods
  • Organization data: the organizations you belong to and your role in each
  • Site data: the pages, sitemaps and extracted facts of the websites you add, and the articles written for them
  • Provider keys: the model and search provider keys you add, encrypted at rest and used only to call those providers on your behalf
  • Usage data: sign-in times, IP addresses and browser details, kept in the audit log for security
  • Billing data: handled by our payment provider, [provider]; we never see full card numbers

Why we use it

To provide the service (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations such as tax records (legal obligation). We send marketing only with your consent.

Who we share it with

The providers that run parts of the service: hosting ([provider]), email ([provider]), payments ([provider]), and the model and search providers you choose, which receive the text they need to do their part. Each processes data only on our instructions, or on yours when you bring your own keys.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists, then [30] days. Site data and articles for as long as the site stays in your organization, then [30] days. Audit records for [12] months. Billing records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Ask at [privacy email]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
